So You’ve Confirmed Your Booking, What’s Next?

  • DEPOSIT - Your booking will be confirmed you have paid your deposit. You will receive an invoice on the back of the booking process which will outline the deposit amount, as well as the full amount for Woody’s services.

  • SPREADSHEET - In the lead-up to your wedding, Woody will contact you with a link to a spreadsheet to populate with any specific songs the be played throughout the course of the day & night (Ceremony/Canapes/Reception). If you need additional assistance or ideas for songs, Woody has lots of great suggestions.

  • ZOOM CALL/MEET UP - In the two months leading up to your wedding, Woody will reach out to arrange a chat with you. This is an opportunity to meet and talk about logistics, the wedding music in more detail, and to ask any questions you may have for Woody and vice-versa.

  • EMAIL & TEXT - For anything else, you are able to chat to Woody via email, text or phone call. His contact details will be shared with you upon confirmation.
